Shipping Policy

General Shipping Info

• All packages are shipped from our store in Seattle, WA.

• Most orders are shipped the day we receive them. Orders received after 3:00pm Pacific Standard time or on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

• You will be notified by email when an order has shipped.

• If an item is unavailable to ship you will be notified with an estimated shipping date.

Shipments in the Contiguous US

• UPS Ground shipments in the US are a flat rate of $9.95.

• UPS Ground shipments generally take 1-7 business days depending on the destination. UPS shipping days are calculated using business days only, Saturday and Sunday service is not available.

• US Postal Service Priority Mail shipments are a flat rate of $6.95.

• Priority Mail shipments generally take 1-3 days depending on the destination. Tracking info and proof of deliery are not available on Priority Mail shipments.

• Delivery speed is not guaranteed with Priority Mail shipments.

Shipments to Hawaii & Alaska

• Orders going to Hawaii and Alaska will be sent by US Postal Service Priority Mail at a flat rate of $6.95. Shipping time is usually 3 days. Tracking info and proof of deliery are not available on Priority Mail shipments. Delivery speed is not guaranteed with Priority Mail shipments.

Expedited Shipping

• If you need your order immediately please select Next Day Air or 2-Day Air or contact our staff for the best shipping method for you. UPS shipping days are calculated using business days only, Saturday and Sunday service is not available.

International Shipping

• International orders are sent using Priority Mail International and generally take 6-10 days.

• Our shipping rates on International orders are estimated. If the actual shipping charges are less than the estimated amount on your invoice we will adjust the total to your order. You will never be charged more than the estimated amount. Import duties are assessed and charged by your local customs office and are completely out of our control.
